They Call You The "Hopeless" Generation
This survey actually proves something different
Writing to you today from Puerto Rico.
Bloomberg reports that most people no longer believe hard work leads to a better life. Gen Z and Millennials have "lost faith in social mobility."
Here's what this really means:
This isn't a generation losing hope - this is a generation gaining clarity.
They're not giving up on success, they're rejecting a broken definition of it.

People No Longer Believe That Working Harder Will Lead To A Better Life
When young people stop believing in the corporate ladder, college debt, and "pay your dues" mentality, that's not despair. That's intelligence.
They see what their parents' generation got for following the rules: stress, debt, and golden handcuffs.
Smart young people are building their own ladders now - through skills, entrepreneurship, and independence.
While the survey calls this "hopelessness," I call it the greatest awakening in decades.
The lesson: Sometimes losing faith in a broken system is the first step toward building a better one.
If that resonates with you, come build with us.
Keep Building,
